Holden Oaks

Origination and advisory across mining, energy, and natural resources.

A privately held partnership registered in Delaware, United States, pairing senior sector experience with direct access to private capital across the MENA-GCC region.

Overview
Overview

Sector expertise, institutional access.

Holden Oaks originates, evaluates, and structures transactions in mining, energy, and natural resources, working alongside private offices and institutional investors across the MENA-GCC region.

Holden Oaks was established by three partners whose individual careers span mining and minerals, energy markets, and capital markets, supported by long-standing relationships with private offices and institutional investors across the GCC.

The partnership combines origination capability, sector-level diligence, and direct access to private capital. Our partners have held senior roles at Ma'aden (Saudi Arabian Mining Company), HSBC, Wood Mackenzie, and Refinitiv, among others — experience that informs how we identify, evaluate, and structure opportunities.

We work alongside private offices, institutional investors, and operating partners on transactions across mining, energy, and natural resources.

What We Do

From origination to structured execution.

Holden Oaks operates at the point where sector opportunity meets private capital. Our role spans three areas:

Origination

Identifying and accessing opportunities in mining, energy, and natural resources through direct sector relationships and regional networks built over decades.

Diligence & Structuring

Applying sector expertise and market intelligence to evaluate, validate, and structure transactions to institutional standards.

Capital & Partnerships

Connecting validated opportunities with aligned private offices, institutional investors, and operating partners, and participating in transactions alongside them.

Partners

Three partners, three disciplines.

Each partner brings senior experience from a named institution across mining, energy, capital markets, and private wealth. The biographies below describe individual professional experience prior to and alongside Holden Oaks.
